Ireland Currency Commission 100 Pounds 17.12.1937 Pick 7b PMG Very Fine 20. An iconic Irish issue, grandly sized and very rare in any grade. Approximately 5,000 printed for all dates in 1937. This is the only example graded by PMG. Original paper is noted, with ink, pinholes, and tears. Considering the enormous buying power and scant few examples in circulation, it is amazing that this note has survived in private hands. A similar note in WBG 12 sold on the auction block in June 2018 for $5,100. This superior example could easily eclipse that figure. HID08701242017
