Jordan Hashemite Kingdom of the Jordan 5 Dinars 1949 Pick 3a PCGS Extremely Fine 40. A beautiful and vividly inked example of this higher denomination banknote. Part of the first series of notes released after the conclusion of the British Protectorate, these notes were based on the previous circulating notes, the Palestine Pounds and Iraq Dinars. Although not mentioned on the banknotes themselves, the true issuing agent for this type is the Jordan Currency Board. Scarce in the better grades, and always desirable. HID08701242017
