Malawi Malawi Reserve Bank 10 Kwacha ND (1971) Pick 8a PMG Choice Very Fine 35 EPQ. A seldom offered high denomination from the second issue of a newly formed Malawi. Malawi adopted the Kwacha in 1971, and at this time the designs remained the same between the first and second series. President Banda to left, and lake Malawi in center. Beautiful coloring, and sensible designs. We are of the opinion that the second issue is still underrated, and is most likely scarcer than the first Pound issue.
