Saint Pierre and Miquelon Caisse Centrale de la France d'Outre Mer 1 Nouveau Franc on 50 Francs (Overprint on Reunion #25) ND (1960) Pick 30s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. A beautiful but complicated Specimen, with multiple overprints and perforations. Originally overprinted for Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean, this note was then repurposed for Saint Pierre and Miquelon, off the coast of Newfoundland. Printed with solid zero serial numbers, this is Specimen 125. The original country prints have been overprinted. Scarce in this format, and after extensive printing and overprinting, it is a miracle that the paper is still in such terrific original condition. HID08701242017
