Crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb; crown above / Value and date in three lines; all within ornate frame supported by laurels and palm fronds; above, large rosette. Edge: cross hatched. Diakov 4; Bitkin 328; Uzdenikov 2492; Brekke 25. Good VF, brown surfaces.
