Crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb; crown above / Value and date in three lines; all within ornate frame supported by laurels and palm fronds; above, large rosette. Edge: cross hatched. Diakov 2; Bitkin 44; Uzdenikov 2515; Brekke 2. Good VF, brown and green surfaces.
