BRUTTIUM, Terina(?). Circa 460-440 BC. AR "Nomos" (20.5mm, 7.97 g, 11h). Copy by uncertain maker (marked MB in monogram on reverse). Diademed female head right; unintelligible legend (beginning with ΠANDO) starting at lower left; all within laurel wreath / Male figure (Apollo?) standing facing, holding patera(?) and tree; uncertain object to lower left (die cud?); KPAΘΠ downward to outer right. VF, toned. At first glance, this appears to be a nomos of Terina, but it is a fantasy issue with nonsensical legends.
