LOCAL ISSUES, Silk Road Region. 5th-8th centuries AD. AV Bracteate (22mm, 0.77 g, 12h). Imitating an uncertain type, possibly Greek. Two figures standing vis-à-vis; left figure holdingjug and presenting bowl to figure to right in act of receiveing bowl; vase between containing three flowers, each flower shaped as a trilobe / Incuse of obverse. Unpublished in the standard references. As made, toned, small flan crack and ragged edge, a little wavy.
