NEPΩNONIKOΠOΛIΣ H ΠPOΣ AKT, turreted and winged bust of Tyche right / NEPΩ-NOΣ, Nike standing left, holding wreath. RPC I 1370. Fine, brown surfaces. Extremely rare, only 1 listed in RPC, no additional in supplements or in CoinArchives.

Nicopolis was founded by Augustus to commemorate his victory at nearby Actium.
