FRANCE, Royal. Louis XV le Bien-Aimé (the Well-Beloved). 1715–1774. AR Écu au bandeau (40.5mm, 29.20 g, 6h). Dijon mint; différents: anchor. Dated 1747 P. Bare head left, wearing hair tied with a headband / Crowned round coat-of-arms of France within olive sprays. Duplessy 1680; Ciani 2122; KM 512.16 (unlisted date). Near EF, lightly toned, a few scratches on obverse, a few die breaks. Very rare.
