Thrace, Moesia. Istros. Civic issue. Ca. 400-350 B.C. AR hemidrachm (11.1 mm, 1.41 g, 6 h). Contemporary copy. two young male heads facing, left head is upright, right head is inverted / [IΣ]TR[H], dolphin left attacked by sea-eagle left, (E? or talon? below eagle's tail). Cf. SNG Cop 200. Crude VF, dark toning - from crudeness of workmanship this is almost certainly a contemporary copy.
