Crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb, coat-of-arms of Moskva framed by Order of St. Andrei Первозванного (the First Called) on breast; crown above; н м and date below / Value and ornamental bar,in four lines; E. м. below; crown above; all within laurel and oak wreath. Edge: plain. Bitkin 351; Uzhdenikov 3159; Brekke 267. Good VF, brown surfaces, a few light scratches.
