BYZANTINE, Commercial and Coin Weights and Stamps. 7th to 8th centuries. Æ Solidus Weight (16mm, 4.36 g, 12h). Engraved pair of crowned, draped, and cuirassed facing busts, cross above / Engraved Moneta standing left, holding scales; star above; vine or tree to right. Cf. Bendall, Weights 109 (for a similar example, but engraved ΔI/KЄ [just] on rev.). VF, earthen dark green patina.
