A nice El Bosque bowl from Costa Rica, ca. 100 BC - 500 A.D. This lovely bi-chrome example is 3-1/2? in diameter and is decorated with protruding flanges creating a floral motif. The red slip is nicely burnished and shows off good mineral deposits. Ex Chicago estate. Value range: $150 - $250.
