P M TR P IIII COS III P P / S - C Elagabalus standing front, head to left, sacrificing out of patera over lighted altar with his right hand and holding cypress-branch in his left; in field to right, star. BMC p. 612§ = Cohen 199 var. (draped and cuirassed) = RIC 324 var. (draped and cuirassed). Very rare. Minor marks on the obverse, otherwise, about very fine.
