ATTICA. Athens. Circa 420s-404 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 16.82 g, 9 h). Head of Athena to right, wrearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves and palmette. Rev. ΑΘE Owl standing right, head facing; to left, olive sprig and crescent; all within incuse square. Kroll 8. Svoronos pls. 15-17 passim. A graffito on the obverse and with two banker's marks on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
