ATTICA. Athens. Circa 165-42 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 28 mm, 16.52 g, 12 h), Karaich..., Ergokle... and Kle..., magistrates, circa 121/1. Head of Athena Parthenos to right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet adorned with Pegasos. Rev. AΘE / KA-PAIX / EPΓO-KΛH / KΛE Owl standing facing on Amphora; to right, ship's prow left; on amphora, E (?); in exergue, ME. Thompson 530c. Nicely toned. Somewhat rough, otherwise, very fine.
