KINGS OF SOPHENE. Arsames, circa 255-225 BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 18 mm, 4.84 g, 2 h), third series. Draped bust of Arsames to right, wearing a cylindrical tiara with doomed top, tied with a diadem. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ - APΣAMOY Herakles standing facing, head to left, extending his right hand and holding club in his left. Kovacs 7. Some deposits, otherwise, very fine.
