SELEUKID KINGS OF SYRIA. Antiochos IV Epiphanes, 175-164 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 29 mm, 16.75 g, 1 h), Antiochia on the Orontes, circa 173/2-169/8. Diademed head of Antiochos IV to right. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ANTIOΧOY - ΘEOY / EΠIΦANOYΣ Zeus seated left, holding Nike in his right hand and long scepter in his left; in exergue, IΣ. SC 1397b. Beautiful old collection toning. Some bangs on cheek and with a small test cut on the edge, otherwise, very fine.
