MEXICO. 8 Reales, 1847-Mo MF. Mexico City Mint. NGC MS-60.
KM-377.10; DP-Mo31. VERY RARE, by far the most difficult to locate from the Mexico City Mint. Only one graded finer at NGC with none at the mint state level on the PCGS census. Well struck with just a slight weakness on reverse center. Handling marks on this coin are very minor, with nothing distracting, leaving the viewer to appreciate the pleasing luster and gentle even toning.
