KM-377.12; DP-Pi03. RARE date and considered by Dunigan and Parker to be the second rarest from the early years of issue from this mint. Skillfully and tastefully plugged at 12 o'clock as noted on the NGC insert. Despite its shortcomings a well struck example with nice honest wear and attractive mottled envelope patina.
