SICILY, Leontini. Circa 440-430 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 16.92 g, 3h). Laureate head of Apollo left / Head of roaring lion left; three barley grains around, leaf to right. Boehringer, Münzgeschichte 53 (same dies as illustration); HGC 2, 670 (same dies as illustration). Good VF, lightly toned, some smoothing on obverse, scrape and die break on reverse.
