Britannia std. r. with shield and trident, LCW below shield (S.3954; M. BP1860 J; F.10; P.1629), A of VICTORIA triple struck, the T double struck, the linear circle on the right side has run into the border beads above the RE of REG and the TT of BRITT, streaky metal mix and some slight pale green substance in the lettering of VICTORIA and D: G, slight ex-carbon mark at edge of reverse above EN of PENNY and below 60 of the date, obverse extremely fine or better, reverse about uncirculated with approximately 30% subdued lustre
