Carthage mint, struck 539/40. illegible, diademed draped and cuirassed bust of Justinian I right / VOT / XIII ( = yr. 13 = 539/40. ), Vota "dedication" (date) in dotted border, all within wreath. SBCV 278; DO 302. Rough F / VF, basically uncleaned / as found.
