A necklace comprised of Egyptian and Roman beads. The necklace is strung with ancient Egyptian faience beads, Late Period, ca. 664 - 30 B.C. in shades from cr?me to green to blue, and Roman glass beads, c. 1st - 3rd Century AD, in various shades. Also strung along with these ancient beads are larger quartz and blue glass from the Islamic Period of the Near East, c. 8th - 12th Century.
