A difficult 1913 issue and one that seldom is located with appeal as strong as this offering. PMG has graded only a small handful at the About Uncirculated level and we see just a single note in their entire Uncirculated grade range within their population report. Close examination reveals still nicely embossed serial number and wonderful color which leaves us curious as to why an "EPQ," designation was not applied.
