180.76 gms. BMC-Class LXVI, Group I #823. "Gong Gu Tong She Duan Kan" (Inspected by official public assayers Tong, She and Duan. "Yuan Sheng Qing Ji Hui Hao Wen Yin" (Yuanshengqing bank, remittance bank fine silver). The left and right outer stamps are well applied with good definition of the characters while the central stamp is weak missing about 30% due where the ingot was originally poured. The middle side stamps are slightly uneven with missing portions of characters. Overall an attractive example with minor earthen deposits in the crevices of the various stamps subduing original mint luster in the outer left and right stamps. Light attractive mottled grey and russet patina give the present example a nice look and lots of character.
