CHINA. Kiangnan. 10 Cash, ND (1902). PCGS MS-64 RD Gold Shield.
CL-KN.01; Y-135; CCC-199; Duan-0447. Reeded edge; variety with broad-tailed dragon and rosettes instead of cyclical date. Reverse die rotated about 45 degrees. Virtually full red remains with some striking softness around the legends and several shallow depressions on the character side due to imperfect planchet production. Still, VERY RARE with the "Red" designation, this being the only example graded as such by PCGS.
Estimate: $1500.00- $2000.00
