KM-Pn35; Pr-291. Obverse: Center circle divides "ONE" and "CENT" with laurel wreath surrounding; "HONG - KONG" at top of outer legend with two crosses, a crown, and a dragon appearing before "1862" date at the bottom; Reverse: four Chinese characters around center circle. Lightly toned with subtle flash in the fields and remnants of red color around the protected designs. VERY RARE as a type.
