LYCIA, Xanthos. temp. Vekhssere II, 400-380 BC. AR Sixth Stater – Diobol (14mm, 1.27 g, 7h). Helmeted head of Athena right / Head of Hermes right, wearing winged petasos; diskeles to left, kerykeion to right. Müseler VII, 38 = Reuter 120; cf. SNG von Aulock 4194 (stater with these symbols); Triton XIV, lot 336 = Ponterio 134, lot 1445 = CNG 60, lot 838 = Triton IV, lot 284 (same dies). Good VF, minor die shift on obverse. Very rare.
