HUNNIC TRIBES, Western Turks. Phromo Kesaro. Circa 738/9-745 AD. Æ Drachm (24mm, 1.95 g, 9h). Crowned Sassanian style bust right; ζηβορο (for κησαρο) in Bactrian to right; c/m: senmurv left in incuse circle / Fire altar with ribbons and attendants; [star] and crescent flanking flames. Vondrovec [Göbl, Hunnen] Type 327-1 (example with c/m). Near VF, dark brown patina with coppery highlights, neutralized spots of green on reverse. Very rare.
