KINGS OF ARMENIA. Tigranes the Younger, 77/6-66 BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 19.5 mm, 4.27 g, 12 h), Tigranokerta, 77/6-72 BC. Diademed and draped bust of Tigranes the Younger to right, wearing five-pointed Armenian tiara decorated with comet. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ TIΓPANOY Tyche standing left, holding rudder set on ground and cornucopia. ACV 63. CAA -. Kovacs 130 (this obverse die). Very rare; with a fine portrait of the son of the Tigranes the Great. Struck from a slightly worn reverse die, otherwise, good very fine.
