PROVIDENT in exergue, S C across field, altar enclosure with double panelled door, (S.1789, RIC 81, BMC 146); (illustrated) another, Lugdunum mint, issued B.C. 10-7, (10.22 g), obv. laureate head to right of Augustus, rev. altar of the cult of Roma and Augustus at Lugdunum, flanked by two columns, each surmounted by statue of Victory, in exergue ROM ET AVG, (S.1690, RIC 230, C.240); AE semis, Lugdunum mint, issued A.D. 10-14, (4.59 g), obv. laureate head to right of Augustus, around CAESAR AVGVSTVS DIVI F PATER PATRIAE, rev. altar of the cult of Roma and Augustus at Lugdunum, flanked by two columns, each surmounted by statue of Victory, in exergue ROM ET AVG, (S.1692, cf.RIC 234, C.238).
