VITELLIUS, (A.D. 69), silver denarius, issued 69, Rome mint, (3.49 g), obv. laureate head to right of Vitellius, around A VITELLIVS GERMAN IMP TR P, rev. Libertas standing facing head to right, holding pileus and long sceptre, around LIBERTAS [RES]TITVTA, (cf.S.2198, BMC 31, RIC 81, RSC 47). Toned, nearly very fine and rare.
