TITUS, under Vespasian as Caesar, (A.D. 69-79), AE dupondius, Samosata in Commagene mint, issued A.D. 74, (13.21 g), obv. laureate head of Titus to right, around IMP^CAESAR VESPASIAN AVG, rev. around PON MAX TR POT P P COS V CENS, winged caduceus between crossed cornucopiae, (cf.S.2350, RIC 757, C.377). Attractive green patina, nearly extremely fine and rare.
