T.A.Cunneen. 20/ASC A.I.F. on second medal, 8376 A-Sjt T.A.Cunneen. 20 A.S.C. A.I.F. on last two medals. All medals impressed. Display mounted, some contact marks, otherwise very fine.

MM: LG 12/12/1917, p13024; CAG 2/5/1918, p13024.

Recommendation: In the vicinity of Hooge on the night of 25th and 27th September 1917, Corporal Cunneen performed valuable services and showed conspicuous courage in rallying the men when the convoy was heavily shelled. On the night of the 27th he was severely wounded.
