Herbert Jenkins, labourer, age 26, born at Lewisham, Forest Hill, Kent, England; Enl.25Feb1915 at Liverpool, NSW with previous service in King's Royal Rifles Reserves; Emb.26Jun1915; proceeded to join MEF at Gallipoli 16Aug1915; Reported missing 27Jul1916 in France but later reported sick in hospital; Emb.09Oct1916 for hospital in England; RTA 01Jun1918; Disch.15Aug1918 as Medically Unfit with Phthisis (pulmonary tuberculosis).
With copy of Service File and photocopy of a group and single photo in uniform.
