RIC 43b; Calico 1294; Sear 3401.This type, like RIC-16, depicts a radiate portrait of the sun god Sol Oriens, making reference to Syria where Hadrian was proclaimed emperor. Well struck on a nice full flan. Perfectly centered. Choice EF.
