Dobunni, Anted (c. 20-43 AD), gold Stater, 4.64g, Dobunnic tree, pellet at base, rev. horse right, anted above, [rig]v and wheel below, dispersed symbols in field (Cottam 225, this coin; VA 1069-1, same dies; S.379; ABC 2066), high copper content rose gold, hairline crack from edge to centre of horse's abdomen, some light pitting to obverse, very sharp on reverse with smooth lustrous fields, on a full round flan, extremely fine, scarce.
