Laureate head of Apollo l / ΛΑΡ[Ι ΣΑΙΩΝ] Artemis, with boots and short chiton, standing right, holding bow and drawing an arrow from quiver; in right field: ΥΦ. BCD Thessaly II 397.3. Good fine. The head of Apollo on this coin has an unusual hairstyle that is reminiscent of an archaic Kouros type statue.
