Mid-late 5th century BC. AR hemidrachm, 2.74 g. Thessalos nude, petasos hanging from neck and wearing chlamys, restraining forepart of bull right by band held around its head / TPIKK[AI] (partly retrograde) forepart of bridled horse right; all in shallow incuse square. BCD Thessaly I 1351 var. (orientation of ethnic). Very fine.
