A handsome example, with two impressive portraits, brilliant and prettily toned, with dark spots. Usual minor areas of weakness, otherwise good VF.
The issue belongs to the period between the declaration of Antonius as a hostis in April 43 and the days immediately after the formation of the Triumvirate in the autumn of 43. (Crawford, RRC I, p. 498).
