Year four, quarter (Paleo-Hebrew), two lulav bunches / To the redemption of Zion (Paleo-Hebrew), etrog. Hendin 1368. TJC 213. Olive patina with sandy deposits. Well centered and struck. Very rare with superb eye appeal.
This issue continues the Sukkot related iconography of the bronze half-shekel by dividing the lulavim and etrog elements of the reverse between obverse and reverse of the quarter-shekel.
