Charles IV 4-Reales Sized Proclamation Medal 1789 XF Details (Holed, Tooled) NGC, Herrera-139, Medina-159. By Miguel Nunes Guanabacoa. A very rare Cuban proclamation medal issued in limited numbers in 1789. Although most examples of these types are found holed as this one is, it is nonetheless difficult to imagine an example of much superior quality and eye appeal. The offering shows superior detail with an admirable dispersion of accenting slate gray tones along the devices.
