Philip V gold Cob 8 Escudos 1726 L-M AU55 NGC, Lima mint, KM38.2, Cal-284. A well-defined example of high production quality (aside from a crack at 11 o'clock and an area of uneven flan which has failed to reach the die). Nicely centered on the obverse, the reverse cross a little off but nonetheless boldly rendered. Scarce in Almost Uncirculated.
