Pedro II copper Pattern 400 Reis 1837 AU Details (Mount Removed) NGC, KM-Pn49. A rather unusual pattern issue, most particularly as Pedro's bust is not known to have been used on the 400 Reis denomination. Delightfully milk chocolate in color, the reverse alight with fiery red elements, and the reverse rim somewhat cupped upwards and raised.
