An excellent Nari?o pedestal bowl from Colombia, ca. 1250 - 1500 A.D. This beautiful example from the Tuza Cultural complex is 7-3/4? in diameter and it is decorated with the stylized geometric designs representing the ?clouds coming together? motif of birds interfacing with clouds.
