An Egyptian blue faience ushabti, Late Period, ca. 664 - 30 B.C. depicted mummiform, wearing tripartite wig with false beard, arms folded at chest and holding a pick and a hoe, vertical plinth at back and column of Hieroglyphic text down front of legs. H: 3 7/8 in. (9.8 cm). Repaired at knees. Ex Orange County private collection. Estimated Value: $200 - $300.
