An inscription on four lines, all within an ornate wreath, signed below to either side, legends around / City view of Nürnberg, within an ornate Renaissance-styled cartouche, a crown above two shields of arms, and legends around. Struck for an International Exhibition of works made of precious metals and alloys under the Royal Protectorate of His Majesty King Ludwig II of Bavaria at Nürnberg, 1885. Superb city view motif. Housed in an oversized holder.
