On the completion of the construction of the Ulm Minster. The construction of the Ulm Minster began on 30th June 1377 and continued over the next few centuries until 1901, culminating in its final height of 161.5 m (530 ft), making it the tallest building in the world at the time. It remains the tallest church in the world today.
